This is the 2nd application for a Child Care Centre with associated overdevelopment and tree removal on this site. The first was rejected by VCAT.

The applicant has taken the decision to go directly to VCAT as Council had not made a decision in 60 days. Closing date for Statement of Grounds is 22^nd November 2017.

VCAT form – Statement of Grounds partly filled in.  Once completed electronically, print then scan the statements of Grounds pages and the payment page separately and send relevant documents to VCAT, Applicant and Council.
