• VCAT Statement-of-Grounds form – with case details entered – Complete the remainder of form  inserting details including grounds for objection and lodge by 19 April 2017. City of Whitehorse refused the application and a link to their Grounds of Refusal is below and can be used as a basis for Grounds for individual objectors. Note that a fee of $19.00 or $9.80 for Health Care card holders applies if presenting a submission at the VCAT hearing. See VCAT Fees
